Also wasn't helped with the monthly payments _ I had to figure out how to pay them and Toyota told me they had no idea how I would pay them monthly (whether via an app or online) More

Drew is great. Got me in for an alignment for our brand new 2024 Sequoia Platinum. It was delivered to us in poor shape. Pulled to the right. Also the leg extension feature for the driver side didn’t work correctly. When we got it back on Friday the alignment was not fixed correctly. It now pulls to the left. The steering wheel is off center still. And the seat issue was not addressed. The tech told Drew that there is a sensor that kills the switch if it feels weight. That bull crap. I tried using it today with no luck. I even tried it without sitting in the seat. Switch still doesn’t work. All the other seat adjustments work fine. More
