We bought from Brent Brown because of Lani in the Service Department. My wife simply loves her and knows that she's just a text away from having a problem solved or routine maintenance done on our family ve Department. My wife simply loves her and knows that she's just a text away from having a problem solved or routine maintenance done on our family vehicle -- which means that we stick with Toyota because of the excellence in service. Ismael was great and answered all of our questions. Dallas took care of us on the warranty and maintenance side. And I never felt like we were left waiting for long periods of time. All in all, a great buying experience! Highly recommended. More

Drew is great. Got me in for an alignment for our brand new 2024 Sequoia Platinum. It was delivered to us in poor shape. Pulled to the right. Also the leg extens Got me in for an alignment for our brand new 2024 Sequoia Platinum. It was delivered to us in poor shape. Pulled to the right. Also the leg extension feature for the driver side didn’t work correctly. When we got it back on Friday the alignment was not fixed correctly. It now pulls to the left. The steering wheel is off center still. And the seat issue was not addressed. The tech told Drew that there is a sensor that kills the switch if it feels weight. That bull crap. I tried using it today with no luck. I even tried it without sitting in the seat. Switch still doesn’t work. All the other seat adjustments work fine. More

I felt like they listened good and weren’t overly pushy. I didn’t like that I had to wait 15+ minutes for my scheduled appointment and had wished I just walked in. I didn’t care who helped me, just wanted to avoid waiting around. Workers were nice. The communication after needs help. I wasn’t quite sure what was expected. Nobody said where to go when I brought my car back or what time. There were no confirmations or reminders of the appointment after I had left. Overall it was a good experience, just wish communication was better. More

As soon as I got my new Tacoma home I started hearing noises coming from the engine after the ignition was turned off. I notified my salesman and asked for help.
