I had Audi Q7 since 2022 And have visited this dealership multiple times. Most often I would work with Nancy or Ismael. The biggest issue with the car is usually electronics and the ongoing issue is squeaky multiple times. Most often I would work with Nancy or Ismael. The biggest issue with the car is usually electronics and the ongoing issue is squeaky brakes. During multiple visits Nancy told me that she was surprised to hear about squeaky brakes because that’s not an issue that Audi typically has. Eventually, I recorded the video and brought it in. After reviewing the video with Ismae he has acknowledged that this is an ongoing issue with Audi and that if we wanted them to look at it, it would cost close to $600 for each break even if it’s just a pebble stuck on the brakes. He insisted that this was not covered by the extended Warranty but if we wanted to complain to someone, we can call the number he can provide. The only tire or break service that is covered by the extended warranty is “visual check.” Staff is not rude, but not compassionate or empathetic either. The service is usually rushed, the interactions are quick and cold, not a lot of conversation or dialogue or willingness to listen. The reality is that if we treated me like that during the purchase phase or if My car brakes were squeaking this loud during test drive I would not have purchased the car. Everything worked for about 12 months, but after the first year something is always a little off. I can tell that both the staff and our family are all exhausted from frequent visits and tense conversation. I do not recommend purchasing Audi and I do not recommend this dealership. More
