Please be aware of the final price before you move to finance department within the dealership. The final rate quoted by salesperson will be different than the person name sham from finance give you. I went t o the dealership based on reference from my friend and they gave me the for 40645 for outlander and i clearly mentioned that i got a approved loan for from so and so FCU .The finance department resubmitted loan request again with the same FCU and when i asked them, why did they do it. they were saying that to get 4500 cashback, you have to process loan from them. and finance department is also mandatorily charging value add service plan which is extra. The people working here especially the manager and finance department are very arrogant and asking to get a car from other dealer and claiming that they are the number one dealer in country. worst experience never ever recommend anyone to the dealership. Dealer from austin is much better. More

DO NOT COME HERE! WARNING! STAY AWAY! I feel so violated and so upset writing this review. First of all — we had excellent sales experience at this dealership. My WARNING! STAY AWAY! I feel so violated and so upset writing this review. First of all — we had excellent sales experience at this dealership. My mother and I both purchased brand new vehicles from this dealership in summer 2021 and December 2021. I do not live in San Antonio and came back to visit in April 2022 and decided to go get my first free oil change at Mission. That was a mistake. When I arrived, I mentioned to the service check in guy that I wanted them to look under my car because a flap was hanging low. He immediately starts telling me about all of these catalytic converters getting stolen off of this model specifically. He attempts to get me to buy a $450 cover. I ask him when this all started since I just purchased this vehicle and none of this came up in December. He doesn’t have an answer but says they are just trying to warn me and proceeds to tell me all sorts of stories about their customers converters going missing right after they leave their service department. We literally just purchased two brand new vehicles from them and they are trying to make a couple hundred bucks off of us after the fact?? Give me a break. So unprofessional and greedy! I tell them I live in a small town that doesn’t have this theft issue and I will be leaving in two days so I don’t want the cover. ONE DAY After my oil change my converter gets sawed off my car while I am helping an elderly relative with a roach infestation. I was inside the apartment for just one hour. It is so obvious someone put a tracker on my car. The people at mission Mitsubishi think people are stupid and their response is going to be “statewide crime”. Sure, this is happening all over. But I have driven around in SA for two weeks before this and now 24 hours after I leave their service station is gets lifted?? At best, they have some shady service people who are putting trackers on the cars and notifying outside parties, at worst, it’s the entire dealership since they receive the repair business from insurance companies. I have read other customer reviews who have experienced the same thing! This company has no problem scamming its own customers and can’t even figure out how to hire trustworthy staff. The worst part is that this dealership had 50 of these catalytic converters stolen off their lot in May 2021. They knew this was an issue with the cars and they still aren’t just adding the protective covers in advance — they want to put that cost on the customer after they lie to you. Stay away and find a better dealership!! We have notified police and our insurance company and will make sure our vehicles never see the pavement of that lot again. Tell your friends and family too! As a woman, I feel completely violated and ashamed to have trusted this company. Don’t make the mistake I did and don’t give these criminals your money! More
