Buyer beware! Ricky ran a bait and switch scam with the extended warranty on a new TRX I purchased through McLarty Daniel CDJR Springdale. When I reviewed the wa Ricky ran a bait and switch scam with the extended warranty on a new TRX I purchased through McLarty Daniel CDJR Springdale. When I reviewed the warranty paperwork at home, I discovered that Ricky had substituted a warranty with limited coverage designed for used vehicles in the sales contract. The cost, however, was identical to the full new vehicle coverage Ricky told me I was purchasing. When confronted, Ricky and his managers claimed to be unfamiliar with the warranty contract they sold and denied any wrongdoing. They even tried pretending that the contract they gave me covers new vehicle drive trains when it does not. They eventually offered to switch the contract to the coverage I had actually purchased "as a courtesy", but they were also quick to refund my money when I demanded a full refund, probably to avoid further liability since I had recorded the conversations where Ricky lied about the coverage. For anyone who suspects they were scammed by Ricky or this dealer when purchasing "Extreme Wrap" coverage on a new vehicle: look at pages 1, 4 and, 5 of the contract. If you were told you were getting full extended warranty coverage on a new vehicle that includes drive train coverage, and any other option EXCEPT "Supreme Unlimited Wrap" or "Supreme Plus Wrap" is checked, then it is likely that you were also a victim of this fraud. To summarize, you should not do business with Ricky or this dealership because they are not honest. If you do business with them, then make sure you plan ahead to protect yourself like I did: record your conversations and ensure the contracts they give you are exactly what you were sold. More

I can sing praises of the sales department. Absolutely incredible people! By far the easiest car deal I've ever had the pleasure of working. Andrew was such an awesome guy and really saw my deal out to the end. Service... not so much. I made an appointment for service about a week after I bought my car. I needed an oil change, tires, and one other part per signed contract. Two weeks go by and I received no update from service. Andrew, my salesman, answered his phone everytime I wanted an update. Can't say the same for the service department. After two weeks, I requested to pick up my car only to find out it wasn't touched lol. Called service- no answer. Called sales- they got service to call me back! Sales: 2 Service: 0 I received a call back and asked why my oil light flipped on 2 miles away from their dealership. No response, just a "we can do it right now, just bring it back". There's still the question of what happened within those 2 weeks. Was it just forgotten? Whats the point of making an appointment? Just own up to something lol. Oil change was done and I went on my way 2 days later :( I am greeted by a puddle of oil on my driveway. Aha. Wonderful. I call service! No answer. I call sales! They get me to service :) Sales:3 Service:0 Kim in customer relations was a big help. She was able to get me into a car very last minute so I could drop off my oil-leaking-car. Bad O ring I guess.. About a week later, I get a call from Andrew notifying me that my tires and final part for my car arrived. I happily dropped off my car hoping this was the final stretch. The next day I get a call saying my car is done! Sigh of relief for sure. I pick up my car and it's making a funny noise. Frustrated, I take it somewhere else to be looked at and we found damage to my wheel well. It was bent out of shape and rubbing on my tire. I sent photos to my salesman (poor guy, can't catch a break with me) and he took care of everything. Sales: 4 Service: 0 I dropped off my car early the next morning and met the service manager. Great guy. Very professional. I actually thought he was listening to my concerns. Totally different than the rest of his department. He told me he would have it fixed same day and he absolutely did. Finally, I have nothing to report and I'm absolutely in love with my car. Sales:5 Service:1 All together I would recommend this dealership to anyone... just don't buy a car that needs service lol. More

I didn't want to come in because I knew I had bad credit but franklin convinced me that they have programs for any type of credit and got me inside. I explained what type of car I wanted he said ok 2 min la but franklin convinced me that they have programs for any type of credit and got me inside. I explained what type of car I wanted he said ok 2 min later he pulls it up and I loved it I filled out the app test drove it and when we got back I was already approved!! I was in shock. I got turned down at 3 other dealerships they never showed me any cars but franklin and everyone at mclarty treated me like family they even gave me donuts. More

Franklin and Alfredo where awesome! ! They work together and just made everything so quick and easy. id recommend them to all my friends and family .we came for a used jeep but franklin ! They work together and just made everything so quick and easy. id recommend them to all my friends and family .we came for a used jeep but franklin advised me that the new ones have special offers and a lot more features for just a little bit more. we checked numbers on both new and used and at the end it did make sense getting the new one so we ended up with a brand new jeep compass!!
