I drove 4 1/2 hours to purchase a car from this dealership on 9 April 25. Due to me changing cars, I spent 7 hrs there because the finance person didn’t want to take the check from the bank even th dealership on 9 April 25. Due to me changing cars, I spent 7 hrs there because the finance person didn’t want to take the check from the bank even though it was blessed by the bank. He was trying to get me to finance in house and would not budge. Fast forward to 21 May 25, I contacted Mazda Irving and spoke with Salina Torres as I haven’t received my license plates and the paper plates are due to expire on 6 June 25. Trent Boe (General Manager) reached out on 22 May 25 stating that finance didn’t do something with the paperwork and do tThe holidays the plates should be there by 1 June 25 and he would overnight them to me. It’s 4 June 25 no contact from Trent and called office today only to be told he is off. I spoke with Jessica Stapleton (BCD Manager) on 3 June 25, who stated she would also follow up with Trent and call me back by the end of the day as she has no solution if my temporary plates expire. It’s 4 June 25 and no one has contacted me about my plates that expire on 6 June 25. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing my vehicle and I would have bypassed this dealership. I will do another post about the disappointing service. More
