I just had some major work done on my Subaru Outback today at Berman Subaru. All issues appear to have been resolved. I was especially happy with my service advisor, Isaiah Palacios. I had an excellent experience with Berman Subaru's Service Department! It started with a wonderful front line experience with Lori, who was patient, knowledgeable, and despite the amount of work that Service Department! It started with a wonderful front line experience with Lori, who was patient, knowledgeable, and despite the amount of work that needed to be done on my vehicle (3 recalls and a Major Maintenance), was able to get me in quickly with a loaner. Seriously, when you call, ask for Lori/Loredana. I fully expected to have to get brakes as well, but I appreciated their honesty when they said that my brakes actually looked fine. This is an honest Service Department. I took them up on the other suggested services, which included various fluids (I have a Turbo) and a drive belt replacement. I'm really glad that I did, because my car now drives better than I ever remembered it- so smooth and I'm in love with my car again. Major xxxxxxto the team here at Berman Subaru.
