Chris our salesman was rude & accused us of lying to him. ..because he never told us financing was required to get discounts....so he ripped up our offer and stormed off. Last we saw of him. Never even thank ..because he never told us financing was required to get discounts....so he ripped up our offer and stormed off. Last we saw of him. Never even thanked us for our purchase. Then they limited how much we could put down for financing and didn't tell us what the interest rate was until we had to sign the paperwork. Very sketchy. Louis was the only one who was polite, helpful and customer oriented. If it wasn't for Louis we would not have made the purchase. More

I had a frustrating experience with the service department at Bomnin Chevrolet. I brought my car in multiple times for the same issue, and every time I was met with unprofessionalism and a lack of department at Bomnin Chevrolet. I brought my car in multiple times for the same issue, and every time I was met with unprofessionalism and a lack of communication. After dropping off my car, I would wait days without any updates on its status. When I finally called to check in, it felt like my concerns were an afterthought. They didn’t seem to have looked at my car until several days later, which only added to my frustration. Despite my efforts to be patient and understanding, they failed to fix the problem. It’s disappointing to feel like my time have been wasted. I would not recommend this dealership's service department based on my experience. More

Can there be a negative star? Appointment was made 5/21 for 5/28 service at 7:00 am. I was told this was a same day service appointment. Vehicle was dropped off the night befor Appointment was made 5/21 for 5/28 service at 7:00 am. I was told this was a same day service appointment. Vehicle was dropped off the night before so was ready for the appointment. I did not receive ANY calls during the day. At 11:45 I called for an update and was told they would check in and call me back. 1.5 hours later I had not heard back so I called again. Was told the vehicle was in the shop, had been there since mid morning and would call back later in the afternoon with an update. At 5:00 I still had not heard and called for an update. After being on hold for 15 minutes I was told the vehicle was still not done and they would call back with an estimate of how long until it was ready. At 6:00 I went to the shop and was told they couldn’t find any information on the vehicle. After TWENTY minutes it was determined there were parts missing and the service had not been completed. Nothing. 4 scheduled items, nothing done after I had been told it was being worked on since “mid morning”. Things happen I get it but there was NO communication through the day. Even when I called there was never a true update or indication this was not going to be done same day. I’m still curious if I hadn’t called or showed up how long it would have taken for them to call me about my vehicle. Wasted an entire day for nothing to be done. Take away here I was lied to all day and had no communication regarding my vehicle. Will never go back. Also I wish this was a one of occasion, but last week when the vehicle was there the first time it was a similar experience. I had no communication either during that visit. I figured that was a one off bad day and decided to go back but clearly that was my biggest mistake was deciding to go back today. More

Had a longstanding Tahoe appt for Apr 17 2024 at 10:15. Showed up at 10:00. Reiterated to the service staff that I would be waiting, since it only needed a free oil change, due to the Platinum Service Pa Showed up at 10:00. Reiterated to the service staff that I would be waiting, since it only needed a free oil change, due to the Platinum Service Package that I purchased when I bought the new 2020 Tahoe from Bomnin in 2020. It wasn’t touched until 11:30, and only after I complained to Giovannie, the service tech. It finally came out of the garage after the oil change at 12:15 and just sat there with no one coming to the waiting room to tell me whether it was finished and ready for pickup. Only when I headed to the service office at 1230 did Abel (another service tech) intercept me and apologize for the inconvenience. I reminded him this exact thing happened last Fall with the same vehicle and I was assured that it would never happen again. So, in summary, I’ve bought 2 expensive vehicles from Bomnin in 2020 and 2021, purchased the pricey Platinum service package for the Tahoe, made an appt weeks in advance, showed up a few minutes early to help their schedule, told them I would be waiting, and they don’t touch the vehicle for an hour and a half!? And this was the second time this happened with the same vehicle within a year! My 2017 Vette was in the day before at the same time with zero issues and timely service, so I know they can do the right thing. Why pretend to have preferred customers, if this is the treatment they get? Why so much trouble with a Tahoe with 19K miles on it, as it’s like new?! Once the Platinum Package expires, I plan to go elsewhere for Tahoe maintenance. More
