Predatory business practices. Each used vehicle is assessed additional $4,000 fee called 'Westshore Advantage' which includes low value benefits such as nitrogen tire inflation an Each used vehicle is assessed additional $4,000 fee called 'Westshore Advantage' which includes low value benefits such as nitrogen tire inflation and discounts towards another new vehicle if you get into accident. But the fees don't stop there and on a $23K car they assess over $10K of add ons. Many FL dealers are notorious for extra 'junk' fees, this place appears to be the champion though. I saved about $8K by flying to Michigan and getting the same car with fewer miles and higher trim. And here is the most important bit: This place is out of popcorn on Sundays. More

Bought a 2021 BMW x3. Found it on auto trade for 36,900 yet west shore could only sell it to me for 43,000 somehow. Bought the car with almost no discussion of the details of the warranty or the final cost. Dealership lowballed me for my trade in. They also gave me the new BMW with a half tank of gas when I left. BUT the BIGGEST and most egregious thing about all of this was a completely broken right back suspension ( both lower control arms and the shield on the back right) Had the car for 2 weeks and there’s 4000 in damages and I’ve literally driven from Tampa to Sarasota and about 20 miles after that. This place has peeved me off like no other. Would stay far far away. The dealership has been notified about everything and not a single person has reached out to me. Bottom feeders, every last one of them. More
