I am disappointed they didn't fill the car with gas before we left. We also let them know the key FOB wasn't working. They told us both of them probably needed batteries. We changed out the batteries and neither of them worked. When my son went back the next day to ask what they could do to help, they refused to do anything. That was completely disappointing to a young man who had just purchased his first-ever car. More
