Wouldn't go anywhere else From the second I arrived on the lot I was attended to in a friendly, helpful manner. This continued once I was assigned to a sales person. I felt I was listened to when I told Isaac the car I was looking for and he was efficient and friendly while coming up with exactly what I wanted. The dealership worked seamlessly with me on pricing and finalizing the sale. I couldn't be more pleased and would return when I or someone I know is in the market for a new/used car. More

Friendly Professional Staff I purchased my Passat in January 2014 from Isaac Nissim. Each time I have visited the dealership since, Isaac always greets me with a smile, comes ov I purchased my Passat in January 2014 from Isaac Nissim. Each time I have visited the dealership since, Isaac always greets me with a smile, comes over to say hello and ask how I am enjoying the vehicle. My experience with other dealerships (hello Lester Glenn) has been once the sale is over, the sales department throws you to the curb. In addition, Loren & Joe in the service department are very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I have recommended this dealership to friends and family...something I definitely would not do if I was not happy with the service (good bye Lester Glenn). One more thing...they always wash my car after being serviced which is a nice touch! More

The new GM, and Asst., my sales person Isaac, Finance Mgr. Erick-all displayed outstanding customer service skills, in our lease of new VW Passat. We found all to be courteous, fair, and extremely informative and reactive to the whole purchasing experience-which in the past, at some dealerships could become distasteful, especially when dealing with the service dept. Also I was very pleased with how the service dept. was that day, and how Dakota was on telephone calls today. HONEST, COURTEOUS, and RESPONSIVE-would be the best 3 words I can express as my overall opinion of this dealership. Thanks Again Joe Guariglia (not the easiest customer to satisy)!!!! More
