Talked to Issac on the phone about the truck to get certain details about the purchase of it and was satisfied with what they had to say. Drove the hour and 15 minutes to get there and lo and behold no certain details about the purchase of it and was satisfied with what they had to say. The add on internet says you can return the vehicle after 10 days if not satisfied is a bold face lie. I had the car for 1 day had to take it back for check engine lights coming on and dash lights flashing t 10 days if not satisfied is a bold face lie. I had the car for 1 day had to take it back for check engine lights coming on and dash lights flashing they said the add only means if the car engine blows but it isn’t saying that on the add it says for any reason your not satisfied you can bring it back and they would put you in another one they refused to do so saying they called the lot boy who filled the car and he stated that he put the wrong fuel in the vehicle. So they put additives in the tank and reset the computer to remove the check engine light but did not drain the tank of the wrong fuel or anything now I’m stuck with a vehicle I don’t trust because they said it was there fault for the wrong fuel put in it but I could not get a different vehicle now b cause the add doesn’t cover there employees stupidity. More

I recently purchased a 2500 ram truck, I was able to negotiate a nice deal and my salesman had good communication with me. My real issue was the delivery. When I arrived to get the car, I noticed th negotiate a nice deal and my salesman had good communication with me. My real issue was the delivery. When I arrived to get the car, I noticed that it had not been detailed, although my salesman assured me it would be. I had to put the floor mats in myself after taking them out of the packages. When I asked about the fact that it had not been detailed. My sales person said that the 16 yo in the detail department hadn’t done a good job?( is there really a 16 year old that is in charge of the detailing at this dealership, this was almost a 100k vehicle, I would have expected the vehicle to be immaculate!) There were blue Grease pencil factory inspection marks all over the car, which leads me to believe that the car hadn’t been washed or wiped down or buffed ( or even checked?) There was a mystery part that was in the vehicle that apparently no one knew what it was, so I looked online and was able to identify it as an item to place over the electronics of the tail gate was removed. I never met any sales person other than Issac when I came for delivery. I sort of felt like once I filled out the financing papers, and we did the deal remotely, the vehicle and I no longer a priority. More
