I am a native of Denver and grew up seeing the O'Meara ads and they have a really good reputation. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with them today. I called this afternoon about a car I had ads and they have a really good reputation. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with them today. I called this afternoon about a car I had seen online, spoke with a salesperson, scheduled an appointment, and arrived at their dealership in a half hour. The salesperson who greeted me was really great and had the car waiting for me to test drive. While I was test driving the car, another salesperson sold the car to another party. This other party test drove it after I did. It is really frustrating as I did everything correctly by calling to verify the car was still available and scheduling an appointment to test drive, but the car was sold right out from under me without a chance to purchase. I have never come across this type of totally unprofessional behavior and SLEAZY sales tactic. This type of behavior gives all the other good and honest salespeople a bad rap. More

I bought a used vehicle here and their service and sales are shade. Don't trust a thing they tell you. Told me upon purchase that I'd get 2 years of maintenance and oil changes with the purchase. Went back to claim that on first oil change and had to pay because they said I didn't have it. They sold me 2014 manufactured tires on a 2021 F-150 truck and when I told them they accused me of lying and asked if my tires got stolen and refused to help in any way. After I bought the truck I asked them to tell me the security code for the buttons on the outside of the truck to be able to get into it. I assumed that would be common courtesy like I buy the truck you give me the key kind of thing. But no they wouldn't help me with that either. When I changed the cabin air filter on the truck myself for the first time after buying it there was a Mexican receipt behind the cabin air filter from the last owner. Almost as if the dealership didn't do any sort of routine maintenance on it before reselling it (even though they gave me a report saying they did). I bout the truck in August and the windshield wiper fluid they put in the truck froze on me when it got below 32 because they're so cheap they can't even put washer fluid good to 0 degrees even though Colorado routinely gets that cold. TRUST NOTHING THIS PLACE TELLS YOU. I walked away wondering if they put used engine oil in my truck when I paid them for an oil change. They cut corners everywhere else why not? When I changed the oil myself on the truck the MPG instantly went from 19.4 MPG to 22.4 MPG. More

Deceptive business practice- They sent out a mailer saying they wanted and needed to buy used trucks- said my 2016 Ford f150 was worth 28500 to them. I called and set up an appointment to come in- dro saying they wanted and needed to buy used trucks- said my 2016 Ford f150 was worth 28500 to them. I called and set up an appointment to come in- drove across town and when I came in they said, "oh, we have had a problem with the mailers going out with wrong figures and we don't know our mileage- we will offer 19500 for your truck." Really? $9,000 less? My truck has no damage, never in a accident, and mileage is average. I believe they DELIBERATELY sent out the mailers trying to get desperate people in and hoping to buy trucks for far lower figures. If they had a problem with the mailers, they should have said that up front- AND verified the mileage before I waste gas and 2 hours of my time- Just say on the call that the figures were wrong and give me an accurate range based on seeing the truck. I would NEVER do business with O'Meara now. More

Buyer beware! Look over your vehicle thoroughly inside and out!! I was so excited about my 2021 F-250 that I missed 3 decent sized dents and scratches! My fault!! Look over your vehicle thoroughly inside and out!! I was so excited about my 2021 F-250 that I missed 3 decent sized dents and scratches! My fault!! I took it to the body shop only to also realize that the passenger front fender was a shade of green instead of gray! I looked at the sales photo I had from their website and there it was! Green instead of gray! The sales team also had stories on why the carfax had discrepancies. According also to the salesman, this truck was owned by a friend of the Omeara owner and had lots of money so apparently took care of his vehicles! Obviously a truck with only 9,000 miles and it had been beat up a bit! One thing I did catch was it needed an alignment before I took it off the lot. When I contacted the salesman to get a reference for a body shop, I got fed lip service and then eventually blown off. Don’t make the same mistake I did! All the body shop bills is $3800. If you do buy from O’Meara, double and double check that vehicle again! More
