I wanted to take advantage of the elevated prices of used vehicles and trade in my Frontier which I bought from here 3 years earlier. She was personable, accommodating (even to the point where she offered to have some newly shipped in vehicles quickly inspected and prepped for a test drive if I so desired) and worked with me and Irwin Rodriguez, the finance guy, so that we could all reach a equitable deal that allowed me to take a 2021 Nissan Rouge SL straight off of the showroom floor. I even provided the evening's entertainment (a story for another time)! I wanted to give King Windward Nissan the first opportunity for doing a trade in, followed by a purchase since I had such great service and support with my previous Frontier. I was not disappointed!
