Pleasant and smooth I wanted a particular model in a particular color, and had been disappointed that with the Honolulu dealer told me that I would have to place a specia I wanted a particular model in a particular color, and had been disappointed that with the Honolulu dealer told me that I would have to place a special order and wait for four months for it. I called King Windward Nissan just to see if they had it, and although Irwyn initially told me that they expect to be getting one in a few weeks, he called back half an hour later to say that one was actually on its way from the pier to the dealer that day. I went over that afternoon and after a smooth test drive and pleasant interaction with Irwyn and Matt, I came home with the car I wanted. The whole process was as painless as a car purchase can be.
