The people were extremely friendly and incredibly helpful. They did not make me feel pressured to buy the first vehicle I saw, but instead encouraged me to make sure I chose the vehicle that was right for me and in my price range. I would recommend first time car buyers to go with Jay Honda if possible and anyone else who is looking for a good deal with fabulous service. More

Great sales experience We went to two other Honda dealerships to find my new van and this dealership was the best experience because of Ira. He knew we were just there to n We went to two other Honda dealerships to find my new van and this dealership was the best experience because of Ira. He knew we were just there to negiotiate a deal. We gave him our best offer given and he was able to match it. And then we were also able to negiotiate one more selling item, and it sealed the deal. They had a new van for us on their lot and prepped and washed it while we waited! On top of that, my name was listed on a 'welcome to Jay Honda' board.And every weekend in the summer, they serve free lunch (hotdogs, hamburgers, and sausages). It was great since we were there over lunch for 4 hours and were hungry! Great food too! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ira kept checking in with us, and was very receptive to our needs. More

We shopped for our new CR-V and Civic at a few Dealerships, and compared the price, service and "intangibles" of each Dealer. Our final decision to purchase two new cars today at Jay Honda was at Dealerships, and compared the price, service and "intangibles" of each Dealer. Our final decision to purchase two new cars today at Jay Honda was at first what we thought would be a tough decision, as at least one other Dealer and its Sales People would have to "lose", after also working to get our business. But, the reaction of the other Dealers after our decision, combined with Ira's outstanding service and patience, as well as Mike's repeated considerations of our many requests (and counter-offers) as we tried to make our decision, convinced us that we made the right decision, no question. After the sales, Xavier did a good job of considering our short term AND longer term financial horizons, and helped us find a way to purchase both cars, instead of leasing one (which we really didn't prefer). He helped us see the wisdom of buying both, and we agreed with his rationale. Good insights. FInally, everyone at Jay who we dealt with from the first response to my blind e-mail (that alone is rare these days) to the final signing were great. A truly fine Dealer, in our opinion - and we've dealt with many. More
