His manager Inna For some reason got involved, was definitely unhelpful. Was at least 5 times insulting to which it took all my patience not to lash out. Did nothing but interrupt and blab on and on with stuff we already heard from her sales rep. Sales 101 is listening, and she failed that class hard. Long story short, probably a great place to buy if you dont get Inna Or whatever her name is. More

Basically here’s a run down of our buying experience. I knew I wanted a 19 Forester and after visiting a local dealer who said they would honor the published discount offered by Stateline lowballed me on my trade in I figured Id take the drive to Stateline. After speaking with the lovely Tracy on the phone we scheduled a visit and arrived a half an hour early. Upon exiting the vehicle we were warmly greeted by Drew the salesman who although new to car sales was certainly knowledgeable about the car and its operating features. Particularly, all the gadgets these cars have in them nowadays. We test drove the 19 and Drew was great not telling us we couldn’t go on the highway etc. straightforward guy highly recommended. Now the fun part the haggling. You know the usual dance meet my manager and the whole corporate structure. Bottom line after a few back and forths a deal was made at their advertised price along with a fair trade value for my trade. All in all I would recommend this dealership, staffed by very competent people they are willing to be reasonable. Now let’s hope the car does it’s part. More
