The FTC is determined to make you guys a 5 star dealer even if you dont want to be. Our original quote never had a window etching system included, they decided to add this afterwards which again, was not an option a customer could remove. Then we see it on the car and it is a sticker. That's right a sticker that can be peeled up. 2 stars because the people we worked with were nice, but predatory and not transparent the way pricing structure breaks down. More

Was not offered the trade in value that they GUARANTEED. Mixed the Vin numbers and had to drive back and resign all the agreement papers.
