We had a terrific experience purchasing our new-to-us 2022 GMC Sierra from Castle Chrysler of Napervile. I came in just to test, drive a few models of the new Jeep grand Cherokee’s, and definitely fell in love with one that they had on the lot the salesman, CJ, was amazing he did not sell anything he gave m Jeep grand Cherokee’s, and definitely fell in love with one that they had on the lot the salesman, CJ, was amazing he did not sell anything he gave me my space. He answered my questions and was not pushy at all. I honestly wanted to take advantage of the financing, so I got approved on the spot, and I purchased a new jeep grand Cherokee! I work in sales and know that Customer Service is very important and I will say he went far and beyond to make my wife and I am very comfortable during the process and after with delivery and since then he’s been in touch with me. Great human being! More
