Our dealership stands behind the vehicles we sell, and each vehicle undergoes an inspection prior to delivery. In this case, new tires were installed before delivery as part of ensuring the vehicle met the condition represented at the time of sale. Regarding the additional concerns mentioned, maintenance-related items such as filters, fluids, and wear components can change over time and may not always present issues at the time of inspection. Our service team evaluated the vehicle based on the concerns presented and provided findings consistent with those evaluations and industry standards. Vehicle wear and performance can also be influenced by a variety of factors after delivery, including driving conditions, mileage, and use. While we understand your disagreement with our conclusions, our team reviewed the vehicle thoroughly and shared the results accordingly. Regarding communication, while we always strive to respond respectfully and work toward resolving customer concerns, the interactions in this situation extended beyond what is considered reasonable or appropriate, particularly in communications with our team members. We stand firmly behind our employees and do not tolerate insults or threats toward anyone in our dealership. Given the nature of these interactions, we determined it was best to conclude further involvement so all parties could move forward. We regret that this experience did not meet your expectations and wish you the best moving forward.

Now that my vehicle has been serviced by a licensed mechanic. I now have quotes from two separate mechanics.I have all the proof I need. It has been submitted to my lawyer. You will be hearing from him soon. As well as Chrysler corporate office. They have been notified of everything and I’ve sent them all of my proofs as well.
