I bought a 2022 Jeep grand Wagoneer from them under false pretenses had a vehicle only a couple months less than 10,000 miles. My very first oil change revealed issues with my vehicle that should not be ther pretenses had a vehicle only a couple months less than 10,000 miles. My very first oil change revealed issues with my vehicle that should not be there considering the full inspection that they obviously lied to me about during the purchase. I’ve gotten a runaround about the second key that was owed to me. All I was trying to do is figure out answers. Yes I was upset who wouldn’t be with $100,000 vehicle that they swear they’re not liable for. Then the owner called me told me to stop harassing his employees and then they called the police on me now they refuse to do anything with my vehicle and I have to pick it up. If you purchase from them, you’re very stupid. I’m suing them. And that’s what they’re upset about. That’s why they called the police. I was sure to let the officer know that that was not a threat. It was absolutely a promise. My lawyer is involved already. I have all the proof they responsible for what’s wrong with my vehicle but no one wants to take responsibility which is what usually happens. Just now, they will sugarcoat everything lie to your face and then act stupid when you come to them with the issue with your vehicle. The woman who was transferring my calls was very rude. The owner himself was very rude very unprofessional in my opinion. I will never buy another vehicle from them More

I regret to inform you of the deeply unsatisfactory experience I recently endured at the service repair center at DickScott. My encounter with their service department left me profoundly disappointed a experience I recently endured at the service repair center at DickScott. My encounter with their service department left me profoundly disappointed and frustrated, prompting me to share this review to caution others against entrusting their vehicles to this establishment. The service manager could have put this situation to rest easily instead he chose to be rude, condescending, and narcissistic! There is no reasoning with Iliar My ordeal began when I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service on 3/6/2024 for a simple oil change which led the dealership to recommend other services to maintain the life of the vehicle which I agreed to which led the SUV to begin to overheat! To make matters worse, upon receiving my vehicle back after the supposed repairs, it became apparent that the problems persisted, if not worsened. Not only did the initial issues remain unresolved, but new complications arose, indicating a blatant lack of attention to detail and expertise on the part of the technicians. Furthermore, the overall customer service experience was abysmal. I was met with indifference and rudeness from the staff, who displayed a shocking lack of empathy towards my situation. Instead of offering genuine solutions or attempting to rectify their mistakes, they were dismissive and unapologetic, leaving me feeling utterly disregarded as a customer. Overall, I've had a very unpleasant experience dealing with Dick Scott service repair center. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend this service repair center to anyone seeking reliable and competent automotive service. Their incompetence, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer satisfaction make them unworthy of trust and patronage. I urge prospective customers to explore alternative options for their vehicle servicing needs to avoid the frustration and disappointment I experienced. More
