Shortly after taking delivery of my 2022 Chevy Silverado, we had an issue with the key fob. People at Marty’s did not hesitate to provide a way to tow the vehicle in and get it serviced. They had seen the situation before and made every effort to address not just the symptoms, but the root cause of the problem. They literally replaced some sort of interlock in the driver‘s door to ensure that this problem was fixed. They also provided me with a loaner vehicle, which I very much appreciate. I was loath to give the loaner back. It was very nice. More

First of all, Marty’s was very willing to move the truck from one dealership to the other, simply for my convenience. Ishane was very accommodating and did everything within his power to accommodate myreque from one dealership to the other, simply for my convenience. Ishane was very accommodating and did everything within his power to accommodate myrequests. The truck was ready when he said it would be ready. Everything was taken care of. Everyone, even the finance manager (a notorious job at times) was very friendly and helpful. As a follow up, two days after I took delivery of the truck there was a problem… Not the dealers fault. Simply an issue with the truck. Marty’s was very proactive about having the truck towed to their service center by their chosen tow company. The tow company was fabulous at making sure that my truck traveled safely. Finally, the service center recognized the problem, and I anticipate that it will be resolved very quickly. In summary, this is one of the better dealer experiences I’ve ever had. especially because it’s easy to say nice things about someone when things are going well. Now that I’ve had a problem with the truck, I can see how they really operate. Thus far, I’m very impressed. More
