His process from the beginning to end is to make sure you are able to leave saying you had a truly exceptional experience. Igor is originally from the Ukraine and is fluent in Russian. His accent and way with words will always put a smile on your face. Igor has been in the US for over twenty years now and resides in Woodbury with his lovely wife and two beautiful daughters who keep him busy when not at the dealership. Soccer runs deep, as does hockey, which is great for Igor. If you can't catch Igor on a field in Woodbury cheering on his daughters then check the stands if the Wild are at home. Oh Boy! First impression is usually the one we carry with us. Started online shopping for an SUV, found one, filled out our info (credit information)and spoke First impression is usually the one we carry with us. Started online shopping for an SUV, found one, filled out our info (credit information)and spoke to a specialist and continued to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Easy. When we showed up for the appointment our salesman was running late...fine. However after waiting more than 30 mins and was quoted only ten. We became frustrated because we had already mentioned we were on a time crunch. Needless to say we left. No one has yet to call us back. Are they not even concerned?? This makes me wonder what happens after I become a customer. Yikes😨 More
