Regarding the trade-in value of your 2002 Buick LeSabre, we initially offered $500, and at your request, we negotiated and settled at $800 to ensure a fair agreement for both parties. While the vehicle later sold at auction for $500, we accepted a $300 loss to accommodate your request and make the deal work. We strive to provide accurate trade values based on market conditions. However, we believe trade value is only one aspect of the overall experience, and it does not reflect the level of service and care we extended during your purchase. Our team worked diligently to assist you, staying nearly an hour past closing time to ensure every detail was handled with respect and kindness.
