Idetthe Patino did a really great job of teaching us about the positive aspects of the vehicle without being pushy or a sales person. We were actually there to look at a lower end vehicle but ended up w about the positive aspects of the vehicle without being pushy or a sales person. We were actually there to look at a lower end vehicle but ended up with a much nicer vehicle because she mentioned the low APR on it- we would not have even looked at it otherwise, and would have left and continued shopping elsewhere. Her knowledge of the vehicles, differences in the models, and of the specials, is what got us in the vehicle. We weren’t planning on buying, just looking. We spent $10k more than we were planning, and are happy about it, because of her. We tune out aggressive sales people, but she was just nice & informative & that’s what gains customers in our case.
