Subaru Lakeland has been our go-to place for new Subarus and Subaru service for years. Louis Hepburn and Idetthe Patino were wonderful during my most recent visit to buy a new car on May 17, 2025 and they and Subaru service for years. My husband and I have also known and appreciated the manager Will for a very long time. The service department takes very good care of our cars, and of us, and I just adore Mike, one of the mangers there - he always treats me very kindly. I am so grateful to have such wonderful people and service to keep coming back to. We have owned Subarus since 1981, and I estimate that my husband and I have purchased at least 15, or more, Subarus in the ensuing 44 years. We first shopped at Lee Ragatz in Winter Haven, then Mastro Subaru in Tampa, and when Cannon Buick and Cadillac bought a Subaru automotive line, we switched our business to Lakeland where we live. I am pleased to write an excellent review for such wonderful people, who sell such wonderful cars, and keep them serviced in tip top shape. And getting a free car wash whenever you come to the dealership is the best treatment. I look forward to more years of enjoyment driving my new Outback Limited XT. It makes me feel so safe. I highly recommend a new Subaru from Lakeland Subaru. You will be glad you shopped there. More

Anna and Idetthe are an amazing team! ! I've been emailing back and forth with Anne for two months now trying to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was fully ready to comm ! I've been emailing back and forth with Anne for two months now trying to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was fully ready to commit to my first NEW car and my first car payment. I had to make sure it was the RIGHT ONE and Anna was so patient and quick to respond every time! When I finally arrived for my appointment, I was scheduled with Idetthe, and she made everything so quick and easy. She took me on two different test drives, answered all of my questions, and sat with me while I re-did my loan approval after deciding on a different car than the one I'd come in expecting to buy (because I fell in love unexpectedly with a different one)! I've heard of and dealt with really pushy or impatient dealers before who are just after the sale but every step of the way these girls made it really feel like it wasn't about the sale, it was about putting me in the car that fits me, my budget, and my lifestyle.
