I thought the process was very smooth. My first experience was not very pleasant though. I wanted to look at our options for a Sienna and a male salesperson was very rude to us, saying tha My first experience was not very pleasant though. I wanted to look at our options for a Sienna and a male salesperson was very rude to us, saying that none were available and asked why we came. I was upset at that reaction, because we knew there would be a wait, hence why we visited to scope out our options while waiting for a Sienna. My actual salesperson took over and was a delight to work with. Idalia was so pleasant, and wanted to make sure we got the car we wanted. I appreciate her taking the time to explain all the functions in our car, and continued to update us on the wait for our car. I highly recommend Idalia. Great communication and had our best interests at heart. More
