This dealership obviously does not care about selling cars. I did research online and had a car picked out prior to arriving. I parked right in front of the showroom and walked the lot for about 15 minutes and no one came out (not too unexpected). I went in the showroom and asked for a salesperson. Ibrahim came over and was nice. We took a quick test drive and I told him let's work numbers. It immediately became frustrating when he didn't want to discuss anything before running my credit. What's the point of running my credit if we can't agree on numbers? He looked over my trade and discussed payoff details with a sales manager and informed me that I would need to put a decent bit of money down since my trade was upside down. I was fine with that and asked again how much they would give for my trade, but he just threw out a general figure and would not discuss numbers without running credit. I asked if he could at least give a specific amount for my trade. He went back to the sales manager and insisted upon running a credit report. You are NOT running credit unless we agree on numbers. They were perfectly fine with letting me walk out because they would not disclose figures. Too bad because I really liked the car, but will get one from another dealer that is not trying to be difficult and hide things. More
