I had a persistent rattle and creak in my 5 series and when I had the car in for service the shop techs were unable to locate it. A few days later Ibrahim was good enough to ride with me and pinpointed t when I had the car in for service the shop techs were unable to locate it. My experience was very positive. Josh Dworman was extremely helpful and accommodating. He is very knowledgeable and we love the car we purchased. Jada was assisting him.
