Had to stand around over a half hour waiting for someone to wait on me. Couldn't find service rep to check Couldn't be found, someone else finally check me out. On the way home it felt that that they didn't to wait on me. Couldn't find service rep to check Couldn't be found, someone else finally check me out. On the way home it felt that that they didn't balance my tires because the unbalance tire went from back to front now having same problem I had on back now on front. Called someone answered the phone (lady) hung up after she heard me start complaining. Called back put me on hold forever, someone finally answered the phone, told him what my problem was, he asked who my service rep was told him can remember his name but he rode a motorcycle, he new who it was, transferred me to him got his recording, told him what was wrong never got call back. More

13 times for a van that's still not fixed and they can't find the issues but I'm suppose to go month after month losing money and go bank rupt while they say qe can't duplicate the issue when their on manag find the issues but I'm suppose to go month after month losing money and go bank rupt while they say qe can't duplicate the issue when their on manager drove van and it do it to him also More
