Within 2 weeks of buying a car I had to spend 2k in repairs. Very misleading sales methods used to trick me into buying a used car they said was throughly inspected for major mechanical components. Pre sale conversation over emails with Meghan was very good and pricing was very transparent and we feel we got a good price. But, our experience during the purchase at the dealership was below average. A good and pricing was very transparent and we feel we got a good price. But, our experience during the purchase at the dealership was below average. A simple smile and greeting to welcome were missing. We certainly don't look for pushy sales tactics. But we felt like unwelcome people with the poor level of service we received during the visit. When the vehicle was ready for delivery, the sales person didn't even offer to show us the basic features of the car! He was like, "ok... here are the keys... what else you want" kind of look. Similarly, no follow up call to let us know when the plates, registration card and title was ready. We got a car that has a luxury brand but the overall experience was anything but luxury. More
