When he heard my concerns of reaching the back hatch (I'm short and 82 years old), he asked what height I needed and immediately adjusted it. Our entire car review evidenced Ian's knowledge, caring, patience and professionalism. We made a decision to buy and Ian made the process painless and quick, answering all our questions (although he had to repeat the answers several times--due to our age limitations).
