Recently my previous car was declared a total loss, so I was in need of something to get around. I wanted to go back to Toyota since I feel confident in their products. A friend of mine suggested to go to D was in need of something to get around. I wanted to go back to Toyota since I feel confident in their products. A friend of mine suggested to go to DCH Freehold and ask for Ian-Michael, and I can not say how appreciative I am of everything. Ian was professional, friendly, understanding, and extremely helpful. He knew what I was looking for, and he did not try to upsell me anything that I did not need. Everyone else at the dealer was also wonderful to chat with, including Tommy who handled the finance, and Evan behind the desk. I hope I don’t need to do this again for good amount of time, but these are the people I will choose to deal with!!! More
