Ian followed in his father’s footsteps where he found his passion for cars. He has years of hands on experience, driving high-end exotic cars. His previous employers include The Ritz Carlton, Los Angeles offering high-end exotic Valet for The Oscars, Grammy’s Emmy’s, Golden Globe and ESPY events. During his free time, he enjoys spending it with his family, friends, and girlfriend. He has a high interest in glass art. He also enjoys hiking in the beautiful weather in the Valley.

My Aston Martin battery died on a Friday night and the service advisor Ian Labrecque was on the phone trying to find a tow company who could take the car to the dealer for repair. he was with us on the p service advisor Ian Labrecque was on the phone trying to find a tow company who could take the car to the dealer for repair. he was with us on the phone until 10pm . I have not experienced such great service from any other dealer. He even explained to the tow truck driver how to charge the battery and its location. Simply amazing service. I consider myself very lucky to have this dealership in our valley. More

I have always taken my Bentleys (3) to this dealership. Recently ran into a few issues with service but they were easy work with. I did schedule for my Bentley to be serviced on a Tuesday at 9AM and had to Recently ran into a few issues with service but they were easy work with. I did schedule for my Bentley to be serviced on a Tuesday at 9AM and had to call Thursday to check on the status to find they have not even started the service. No loaner vehicle was provided or offered and no information that my vehicle was going to sit for 2 days beyond a scheduled 4 hr procedure (oil/filters/spark plugs). When I did pick up the vehicle there was myself and another customer. I was acknowledged and told it would be a second and waited 10 minutes listening to my service director just chat with another individual about Range Rovers and his work history knowing I was waiting. I had to go to the 2 service advisors working the desk and close my bill. I found the service shocking as Bentley is one of the best in the industry and the attention to clients should be #1. I honestly get better service at the KIA dealership for my Telluride than at this Bentley dealership. I will be transitioning to use San Diego or LA Bentley Dealerships for service from now on. More
