I want to comment on how the entire deal was handled. Throughout the process I was told the deal was approved, provided requested documents, returned to sign paperwork, and took delivery of the vehicl Throughout the process I was told the deal was approved, provided requested documents, returned to sign paperwork, and took delivery of the vehicle. My daughter and I were congratulated and the transaction was presented as completed. At no point was it explained that the agreement was conditional, and copies of the signed contract were not provided at signing. Afterward, I began receiving different explanations from both the salesperson and the finance manager about the financing. Different lenders were referenced at different times, and the information changed depending on who I spoke with. This created confusion and made it difficult to understand the true status of the transaction. The vehicle was later taken back without prior written notice or clear documentation explaining the reason. The overall experience left me feeling misled due to inconsistent communication from both the salesperson and the finance office. Financing issues can happen, but customers should be given clear, consistent information and proper paperwork from the beginning so they understand exactly where they stand. More

Very disappointed! Emailed back and forth a few times with their Sales Manager Ian who flat out lied to me. I asked about a specific Kia Seltos that was listed on Autot Emailed back and forth a few times with their Sales Manager Ian who flat out lied to me. I asked about a specific Kia Seltos that was listed on Autotrader. Upon arrival all was well until I was escorted to look at vehicles that I didn't ask about. I was then told that the Seltos was unavailable. This is a Bait-and-Switch and absolutely unacceptable. I told him he lied to me and left. I will never do business with such a dishonest and unprofessional dealership. More

Typical dealership so stand your ground. They will throw numbers at you and once you settle on something they will have you sign and then take it away without giving you a copy to refer back They will throw numbers at you and once you settle on something they will have you sign and then take it away without giving you a copy to refer back to at the time of signing. Take a picture of what you signed! Associates are nice but overall it was a long, tedious, and slimy process. I've tried to cancel the extra contracts they sold me four times since July and they do not acknowledge me. They still owe me $4k so I am currently looking into attorney's to assist. Go in with armor on; or even better, just go somewhere else. More
