As with ANY car dealership i have dealt with, i got the run around by the salesperson and the purchasing manager (the person i signed the contract with). I hate going to dealerships and this one just conf run around by the salesperson and the purchasing manager (the person i signed the contract with). His honesty, knowledge, and straightforward approach made the buying process smooth and stress-free. He was willing to work together with me to find the best deal, and I truly appreciated his transparency throughout the entire process. Denita in finance was also fantastic. She was thorough and clear in explaining all the financial details, and I never felt pressured or pushed into making decisions. It was refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely wanted to help rather than just close a deal. While waiting for my car to be prepared for delivery, I had the chance to speak with Andre in service. He was incredibly helpful in discussing various aspects of my used car purchase, making sure I felt confident in my decision. I was hesitant to bring in my trade in because with two kids I really wanted to have it detailed first. But they encouraged me to bring it in regardless.
