Great Car Buying Experience This was my first purchase of a Volkswagen vehicle. From the moment my husband and I walked in the door, we felt a sense of comfort. Anvar greeted us This was my first purchase of a Volkswagen vehicle. From the moment my husband and I walked in the door, we felt a sense of comfort. Anvar greeted us and took care of us the rest of the way. After visiting other dealers, Rick Case VW was the only one that gave me the best deal. They took care of the remaining 20 payments of my lease and was able to put me into a new 2018 model VW. Anvar was patient with us. He didn't pressure us into a deal we were uncomfortable with. The service was so great!! We came back within a week to get another new vehicle for my husband!!! Now for my husband's car, it was a difficult deal due to the large negative equity left on his car. After back and forth communication, the used car manager came up with a deal we couldn't leave on the table. In the end, we can say that we are now happy to be a part of the Volkswagen family!!
