My first meeting at this dealership was with Jerome, great customer service skills, very friendly. On my second visit visit to the dealership he was busy with an other customer and I was switched to Hus great customer service skills, very friendly. On my second visit visit to the dealership he was busy with an other customer and I was switched to Hussein. Very poor customer service, lost us as buyers. I bought a car GLE 350 at another dealership, came back to set up an app "Mercedes connect me". Unfortunately, got Hussein again, decided to give him a second chance, but regrated. He didn't want to answer my questions, was talking like he was doing a favor. Only told 24 hour for registration to be completed. In couple days checked the app, it wasn't working. Tried several times had to go to another Mercedes dealership, was told that wrong email was on the account. Everything was fixed fast, all questions answered. Will never come back to that dealership. More
