My overall experience with Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett was nothing but exceptional. I received a phone call, two phone calls actually, from Hussein Ahmadu while I was at work. He made sure that I was taken care of throughout every step of my car purchasing process. I also met with Catherine/Katherine the finance manager. She was absolutely awesome and very patient. She explained every detail of my finance and insurance information. I left Hennesy Lexus without having to lift a finger. Keep up the great work. I would highly recommend any and everyone check out Hennesy Lexus Gwinnett for their next car purchase. Ask for Hussein Ahmadu. More

I do not recommend buying a vehicle from Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. They (salesman Hussein) sold me a vehicle stating it had a shocks issue ($700), but it was a transmission issue ($5k). They did not take of Gwinnett. They (salesman Hussein) sold me a vehicle stating it had a shocks issue ($700), but it was a transmission issue ($5k). They did not take responsibility for the issue. In fact, the manager, Hugh, just questioned why I would buy a big vehicle if I didn’t have a big family, which is none of his business. He also said after the fact that they discounted the vehicle a lot more in case of a bigger issue, which is very dishonest. Another manager, Rich Mohoney, never got back to me. They do not care about wasting their customer’s time and money. More
