When you test-drove the Chevrolet SSR, the ABS warning light came on. We immediately diagnosed the issue and found it to be a faulty wheel speed sensor. You expressed that you wanted to move forward with the purchase and take the vehicle home that day. Since the sensor did not impact drivability, and you preferred to have the repair handled by a shop local to you, we agreed to cover the cost of that repair. Your preferred shop reached out to us with the diagnosis and estimate, and we paid them directly for the repair on April 23, 2025, as promised. If you're experiencing ongoing issues or delays with that repair facility, we sincerely apologize, although those operations are outside of our control. We want to ensure you're fully satisfied.
