It's a small dealership but they have the time to spend with each customer. I went to larger dealerships and felt like a number. At Lakeland VW it felt more personal. Bought vehicle, next day it had check engine light. Took it back and all they did was clear the code and push me on my way while one of the service members over the phone while my wife drove 2 hours th Took it back and all they did was clear the code and push me on my way while one of the service members over the phone while my wife drove 2 hours there was hostile and hung up then refused to answer my calls causing me to have to speak to someone named Gio to further investigate. Vehicle still has check engine light requiring me to go to another dealership in hopes to feel like my purchase was even worth it. I messaged Hunter after and he said he would look into it since then I've heard no contact making my server scores drop for his rating for no followup. More
