Roger Henley was quick to offer some detail finish work but it wasn’t available to get done. The detail work done was a very poor job on a 2024 Infiniti. Our first stop in search of a newer vehicle. Originally wanted to look at a used vehicle but the vehicle we were interested in was in service department for certification process. Worked with Hunter who was very attentive to what we had in mind for our next vehicle. He brought up a QX 60 that was everything that my wife was looking for . He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions with confidence. He did not use any pressure tactics at all. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was super friendly and helpful in the entire process. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase an Infinity More

I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership as long as the current sales manager, Roger Hensley is there. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle that was in exceptional condition. I had new dealership as long as the current sales manager, Roger Hensley is there. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle that was in exceptional condition. I had new windshield wipers installed prior to leaving the dealership. When they returned the vehicle, the paint was noticeably damaged in the service department during wiper installation. The dealership and sales manager denied any responsibility. I had driven and inspected the vehicle on at least four different times prior to purchasing. Those paint damages were not present until it returned from the service department. I will be leasing or purchasing a new Infiniti by the end of 2025. However, I will make the trip to Oklahoma City to purchase from Bob Moore. More

This was our first buying experience with Jackie Cooper Infinity, and it could not have gone any better! Hunter, our sales person, was friendly, low-pressure and very knowledgeable about the product. We we Infinity, and it could not have gone any better! Hunter, our sales person, was friendly, low-pressure and very knowledgeable about the product. We were able to even take the car home overnight to get to know the vehicle better to help make our decision. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, and made the experience so much easier. All of our questions were answered, we were given a fair deal on our trade, and Grant answered all of our questions when signing the final papers. He was friendly and professional as well. We are very happy with our purchase and look forward to using Infinity for our service work! More
