Very poor communication and they didn't seem like they were in much of a hurry to help me get the issue resolved. Even had to pay a deductible to cover the warranty. Super glad I didn't get the extended warranty, because there seems to be too much fine print with their warranties. Would not do business there again.

Salesman Hunter Garcia had posted the vehicle online and unlike any of the other dealerships, he was extremely prompt to communicate when I inquired about it, provided the information I requested, and went out of his way to be helpful because we were driving to see it from out of town. The vehicle was ready to test drive when we arrived and he gave us adequate time to drive it, evaluate it, and decide to purchase it without those gimmicky car salesman conversations. Hunter is enthusiastic, paying attention, interested in getting it right, and also just fun. He made what had been before a frustrating experience at other places to a totally positive experience with the outcome we wanted!
