I would not recommend this place and will not be returning. I was a customer of theirs for about 3 years, and over the course of that 3 years service continued to deteriorate. The nail in the coffin was my last interaction with a sales manager who was extremely disrespectful to us over the phone. I have never been spoken to that way by anyone, let alone a person in sales and was truly shocked. He continuously interrupted us, talked over us, and yelled at us as we tried to calmly discuss the status of my car, and explain to him what his employee had apparently not filled him in on. Despite our complaints to Casey upper management and Toyota, this person appears to still work here (via the website). My advice is to tread carefully. More

My husband and I wanted to purchase a new car for our daughter and contacted Howard McCoy. He was so personable, patient , and professional. He gave us the facts concerning the car , including the out the door price. He was not at all trying to high pressure us which can be such a turn off trying to buy a car. We felt he was very sincere in all his details on the car. It was the only pleasurable experience we ever had purchasing a car. Thank you so much Howard McCoy. He was off the day we picked it up, and an extremely nice gentleman named Angelo Ferraro completed the paperwork for the purchase of the car . Thank you so much, Angelo. I emailed Casey abt a used car; got a call from them, learned car was still available; set appt for later that day; drove 80 mins. and were told on arrival the car had been sold the night before. Incredibly frustrating, my attempts to follow up to at least relay to the internet or general manager have been unsuccessful to date; seemed very cowardly that the mgrs didn’t tell us of the error themselves but instead left the bad messenger responsibility to another salesperson. Bad experience all around. More

When I called her about trading in my truck for a more fuel efficient car, Lisa took all the necessary steps to get the car I wanted to her dealership and at the price that I wanted. Throughout our most recent transaction with Casey Toyota – we have now purchased or leased three cars from the dealership with Lisa DeVore as our salesperson – Lisa once again proved herself to be both know – we have now purchased or leased three cars from the dealership with Lisa DeVore as our salesperson – Lisa once again proved herself to be both knowledgeable about the Toyota product line and easy to work with. Her consultative and no-pressure approach to the car buying process makes it easy to see how, in her first full year with the dealership, she achieved Salesperson of the Month three times, won the used car sales award three times, and exceeded the standard for President’s Club recognition by nearly 20 percent. The objective for the most recent purchase was to secure a commuter vehicle that, for a budget price, would provide superior performance (as measured by MPG), outstanding safety, and extreme reliability. Lisa DeVore’s recommendation of a 2021 Corolla Hybrid met all the criteria. In fact, while Toyota estimates combined MPG at 52, the vehicle has significantly outperformed that benchmark. Having driven it for about a month now – and having put nearly 3,800 miles on it – I enjoy an overall average in excess of 62 MPG. Safety features were also a consideration in this purchase. In particular, the Rear Cross-Traffic Alert was an important consideration for me, so it is worth mentioning that New Car Sales Manager Howard McCoy worked tirelessly to locate a 2021 Corolla Hybrid with that feature despite it being somewhat rare in Eastern VA. The financing piece also went smoothly with the assistance of Finance Manager Danny Lopez Aguilera.
