Nacho is a rockstar! Taking a second out of my day to give praise to Nacho. Through the frustration of having my R8 at the shop over and over for an annoying squeaky seat, Taking a second out of my day to give praise to Nacho. Through the frustration of having my R8 at the shop over and over for an annoying squeaky seat, he was the shining star making my experience feel world class. Always greeting me with a smile (through the mask of course), genuinely asking about me and how I am and providing me with quick and easy service. Nacho went the extra mile every time. Not only does he deserve praise but a raise (that rhymed). Possibly a bonus and or a promotion. I'm proud to write all of this on his behalf and hope that he is acknowledged for his efforts. Everyone was friendly and helpful, they did a thorough inspection of my car and replaced why needed to be done. The one surprise issue of a cracked CV boot was explained to me and Damian remembered my car inspection of my car and replaced why needed to be done. The service department sure likes to waste my time. Time is Money and apparently this mantra doesn't exist with the Audi Service Department. I've come in twice only to spend almost two hours waiting to Time is Money and apparently this mantra doesn't exist with the Audi Service Department. I've come in twice only to spend almost two hours waiting to leave without anything being done to my car. Their excuse is always missing parts. More

Very best service writer!! I was a little disappointed that an oil change and a tire rotation would take over 2 hours. Would be 5 stars. I asked for them to look into my speaker system and they found an issue but instead of fixing it they had me come pick up the car and said to make another appointment. Great service as usual.
