The service work requested was completed in a timely manner. All work was done and explained during pick up as the vehicle was a drop off. The vehicle on 10-19-23 had four rocker moldings repaired from manner. All work was done and explained during pick up as the vehicle was a drop off. The vehicle on 10-19-23 had four rocker moldings repaired from damage caused by the service lift at NYE. Subsequently, on the drivers side the panel has cracked since the panel was repaired and not replaced. I asked to have this addressed. The service manager stated this was not from the lift and that it could be repaired at their paint shop for 250.00. Rather than contesting this my wife took the car to the paint shop to set up an appointment where they gave her a quote of 1000.00. This certainly is not what I would call good service. This vehicle is only serviced by NYE Toyota. This damage was not caused by any other means. Again, Holly and the service work on the vehicle was excellent. More

The team at NYE were very thorough and worked with my insurance and myself to complete the job. They helped me initially when they informed me that the damage caused by rodents may be covered by my insur insurance and myself to complete the job. They helped me initially when they informed me that the damage caused by rodents may be covered by my insurance. I removed one star as the dealership had my vehicle for about a week, did close to $10k worth of work on it and returned to me without a quick wash to the outside. Seems like a dealership should be able to do that for their customers when doing that extensive of a job. A car wash was included at other dealerships I’ve used before coming to NYE. More

Just sent in complete survey, but received noreply sent. Told could not do 8 am apt so made it for 1 pm. Security light not working & battery needed to be jumped for last 3 weeks.
