Spoke with Chris the used car manager before arriving to dealership. He made sure to make me feel comfortable enough to come in from Naples, they had the vehicles I called in for ready and also let me know dealership. He made sure to make me feel comfortable enough to come in from Naples, they had the vehicles I called in for ready and also let me know ahead of time that 1 of them had sold. Long story short, the communication with this business and myself was outstanding, made me feel comfortable with my purchase. More

The worst new car experience of my life. The negotiated price changes when you go sit with the financial services dept. Incentives offered by Acura were never received.
