Once you buy the car, they won't take your calls if you have a problem. Horrible customer service. I have left several messages and always told they are busy. Never calls back. They tell you that they are have a problem. Horrible customer service. I have left several messages and always told they are busy. Never calls back. They tell you that they are including services in your purchase then slip the fees the purchase price. So shady. More

I was Originally impressed but was very disappointed after drove new car off lot. 4 or 5 phone calls day later were all ignored no follow up! Had issues that needed input but were not addressed.
