Customer service was great and we are very happy with the vehicle. I struggled a bit with required dealer add-ons. I know this is an industry norm and how dealerships make money, but it’s hard as a consumer vehicle. I struggled a bit with required dealer add-ons. I know this is an industry norm and how dealerships make money, but it’s hard as a consumer to be given no choice in an add-on you do not want to buy. This is my second purchase from Hardin and I will definitely be back for my next. More

Our family came to Harden GMC dealership and had an amazing experience. David was so wonderful in facilitating our decision on buying our vehicle and accommodating our whole family as we had our 4 kids amazing experience. David was so wonderful in facilitating our decision on buying our vehicle and accommodating our whole family as we had our 4 kids with us, all under 8 years old. Buying a car is not a quick purchase so it was very nice to be able to get knowledgeable answers to our questions without him pushing us to make any decisions. He was so good with the kids too. The connection was genuine & well appreciated. All of our concerns were met with realistic answers and instead if “thinking” about it, we decided very quickly that we were going to buy. Thank you David for all your help! Oh, and Bruce was very knowledge too! He knew so much about every question we had and really helped us narrow our choice down. We came one day prior to our purchase just to look around & spoke with him. When we saw him again he even said “glad you’re back and with David! We are a family here at GMC Harden” that was the coolest to hear. Glad we are in the best of hands. We wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. More
