Finance bad (didn’t have everything together), waited two hours when told everything would be ready by the time we came back, people moody/snappy after 5 pm and made it hard for it to be exciting, had to com hours when told everything would be ready by the time we came back, people moody/snappy after 5 pm and made it hard for it to be exciting, had to come back two days later due to finance issues and they were apologetic but is still an inconvenience. People were nice when we first went in and got everything together just were slow about it even though we made intentions clear. More

Our salesman Himmy has been outstanding with follow up and service since the purchase of our used certified Palisade. There were a few issues including minor damage to the front and back end that we didn and service since the purchase of our used certified Palisade. There were a few issues including minor damage to the front and back end that we didnt see at time of sales due to it being dark out. I notified him with pics the next day and they were rectified. Also some of the features such as maps, navigation, front end collision weren't working and he made sure they were updated and taken care of at they're expensive. Even thou this was an inconvenience for us to bring the vehicle in a few times, he always made sure we had a loaner vehicle and we're well taken care of. I would highly recommend this dealership and Himmy. More

My previous experience with Boucher Hyundai was with the service department (over about 6 years). I was always satisfied with the services performed, so I thought I would purchase a vehicle here. I was able service department (over about 6 years). I was always satisfied with the services performed, so I thought I would purchase a vehicle here. I was able to road-test the potential purchase for about four hours (after some paperwork), and this time was very helpful in making my decision. The showroom is huge and very comfortable, and the sales personnel are right out on the floor with their potential customers. The actual transaction of purchasing the car was good except that I was purchasing it to be owned by the Trust which my wife and I set up for our estate. Unfortunately, this was not a transaction anyone was familiar with, so I spent an extra two hours at the dealership waiting to finalize the transaction. I was surprised at this, as everyone I spoke to about every other part of the transaction was able to answer any question I had. Everyone was nice enough to stay until I was finished, and I appreciate that: I didn't leave the showroom until after 8:00 PM. I am still happy to recommend Boucher, even with the glitch with my purchase. More

Our sales person ended up being very rude to us. The sale went through, and the sales person gave no other support to us. Barely spoke to us, didn't ask if we need anything. I saw other salesperson The sale went through, and the sales person gave no other support to us. Barely spoke to us, didn't ask if we need anything. I saw other salesperson providing their customers support on going over the car functionality, gave them a hat, and asked what else they need. Our sales person seemed mad at us and basically only interacted if we had a question. The sales process is also so demoralizing. More
