I REALLY miss having a dealership and service facility in Chamblee. This service appointment turned into an all day...45 minute drive each way to the service center plus 5 hours waiting for my car. (I expected 2 to 3 hours) Had this been closer to home I could have gotten a ride back home and returned later to pick up my car. I will probably have to find an independent shop closer to home/work for the future repairs as logistics are just too difficult. I browsed the cars on the lot while waiting and spoke with two different sales associates. Both were helpful and allowed me to browse. More
