Ken Waller is exceptional in the way he works with his customers; that has been my experience. I've dealt with other excellent service professionals, but right now I'm commenting on Ken. I've had an iss customers; that has been my experience. I've dealt with other excellent service professionals, but right now I'm commenting on Ken. I've had an issue with my car for some time that would normally be covered under the extended warranty. It just so happens that the extended warranty company I purchased from when I bought my car at Currie Motors is not the warranty company they work with anymore. That puts a bit of a strain on the support front, I think. Anyway, Ken fought for me when my rear camera kept going out and the radio would go wonky. No luck. The warranty company said, "No until the whole thing dies." Well, luckily for me, the camera started working again. But then, the next year, my radio would go in and out, over and over. Ken had it checked and yes, there was a malfunction that could not be fixed. He went to bat for me again and this time, the extended warranty company gave in. Yay, Ken! Ken Waller is a rep that remembers your name and takes the time to follow things up. I am always pleased when I can work with him. He cares about his customers and is an asset to Currie Motors. More
