Over charged for the service. It was an insult to us who have had Chevy's and Cadillacs for decades. We argued with service manager but his reasoning did not make any sense. Took car in for tire rotation and wash. After 2+ hours no one told me my car was finished had to ask for it. Turned my Cadillac lease in asked for a Chevrolet unable to help me. This is the friendliest, most organized dealership I’ve dealt with. I’ve had an incredible hard time finding people who actually care to make sure I’m happy with my vehicle. Had a sensor problem that kept popping up but never showed up on their diagnostics and they wouldn’t fix it unless it did and I had to pay for it and then a week later on my trip to Tenn. it happened a showed up on their diagnostics and they wouldn’t fix it unless it did and I had to pay for it and then a week later on my trip to Tenn. it happened again and caused my engine to slow down and I had to get off the highway. It’s like they didn’t believe me even though I had a printout from autozone with the problem and the Zus device in.my car that’s plugged in showed the exact same problem. This car has a P2138 sensor problem that GM acknowledges online but then I have the problem and it never got fixed no happy at all. More
